Fernley won its third-straight regional championship, defeating Spring Creek, 51-41, in the boys game. On the girls side, Fallon exploded with a 58-38 win over rival Fernley for the Lady Wave’s second-straight regional crown.
All four teams will compete in the Class 3A state tournament, which is Friday and Saturday at Fernley High School.
