LOVELOCK – Pershing County won the 2A Northern Region championship with four individual titles and 236.5 points. Battle Mountain finished second with 187, followed by West Wendover with 144, Wells with 137.5 and Yerington with 112.
Pershing County earned champions James George at 120, Jeffrey Elerick at 144, Israel Knight at 165 and Anthony Gibson at 190. The Mustangs added finalists Ayden Anderson at 113, Jaxson Happy at 132, Thomas Brooks at 150 and Houston Allen at 215 among their 15 total placers.
Battle Mountain earned champions Lance Stewart at 106, Donovan Gilbert at 113, Finn Bundrock at 126, Wyatt Madalena at 150 and Leo Mathias at 285. The Longhorns added finalist Kaycen Stewart at 138 among their 14 total placers.
West Wendover advanced finalists Danny Soriano at 120, Kaylub Rosales at 190 and Issac Sweat at 285 among their 13 total placers. Wells earned a champion in Johnny Glascock at 132 and added finalists Cade Sampson at 120, Maximillion Dahl at 144 and Camden Goolsby at 157 among their 10 total placers.
Yerington earned champions Nathaniel Gutierrez at 138, Jaden Borsini at 157 and Dominic Goff at 215 and added finalist Korbin Sencion at 150 among their eight total placers. Eureka earned a champion in Preston Auch at 175 and added finalist Thomas Schweble at 132 among their six total placers.
Incline finished with five total placers, including Miguel Avila at 126 and Austin Morris at 138. Coral Academy – North finished with four total placers, including Jordan St. John at 106 and Devin Salsby at 175. Silver Stage finished with three total placers, including Gavin Dickinson at 126 and Kegan Elmer at 215.
Owyhee finished with two total placers, including Aidan Hanchor at 190. Carlin finished with one placer in Hayden Grondin at 144.
Smith Valley, Excel Christian and Independence did not record a placer.
